Kids Kung Fu  - Parents & Tots

The goal of the program is to get young children involved in an active lifestyle, through an introduction of a martial arts program that builds self-esteem and confidence.   Learning and being exposed to martial arts at a young age will provide important skill sets that transcend into many other aspects of their lives from school to sports and so forth.  Classes will be aerobic in nature and include a variety of drills that will improve balance, speed, coordination, reflexes, strength and flexibility.  The program will focus strongly on good structure and body mechanics through proper formwork.
